Nothing. This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or contact forms. We do not create user accounts. We do not collect personal information when you browse this site.
Geniuz Free is open source under the MIT License. Downloading and using the software does not require providing personal information. Geniuz stores all memories locally on your machine. We do not collect telemetry or usage data from installed software.
Geniuz Team and Geniuz Enterprise involve hosted or managed deployments. Data handling for those tiers is governed by a separate data processing agreement between mVara and the customer.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing legal@managedv.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
We use standard security practices to protect any information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
